The Management Committee is elected annually at a public General Meeting open to qualifying residents of Brookwood. The Halls are well managed to a high standard complying with all relevant regulations and guidance, under a formal written Constitution. As a Registered Charity, we fall under supervision of the Charities Commission and associated legislation.
We assess risks and review policies and safeguards at least annually to ensure that the Halls are safe for all Hirers, employees, volunteers and contractors. The Halls are available for adults to hire without discrimination, and with discounts for Brookwood residents and for charities. The Halls are situated in the heart of Brookwood and surrounded by private residences, therefore activities likely to cause a nuisance are not allowed.
